Newgate Investment's portfolio has been expanded by 4 new objects in 4 different Polish cities: Chorzów, Częstochowa, Zielona Góra and Grodzisk Mazowiecka. The new facilities add up to +13,000 m2 GLA in total. Only the main market players have joined the group of tenants: Pepco, Rossmann, Action, RTV EUR AGD etc.
